Our Personal Trainers are all fully REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) registered and trained. Whether it's weight-loss, toning up or specific training for sport, they will assist you in achieving your fitness ambitions.

I started working in the fitness industry in 2024 and I specialise in strength, muscle building, gym confidence, Entel wellbeing and muscular endurance training.
Fitness has always been my passion and has always been the lifestyle that I have wanted for the aid of my physical and mental wellbeing. Wheater its strength training, cardio or flexibility, I will help you with any objectives you wish to accomplish.

About me:
Since 2015 I have been doing Freelance Personal Training with private clients off my own back but in 2020 I decided to take it as a full time career I specialise in High Intensity Weight Training and during the 1st Lockdown I started a men’s mental health&Fitness forum and email list.I also teach LES MILLS BODYPUMP.

Working out at Ingrebourne Links is great. The trainers are really motivating, and there is a wide range of classes to choose from to achieve different fitness goals. The gym facilities are always well maintained - and nothing beats 15 minutes in the sauna after a big workout!
