BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Our LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energising tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 555 calories** and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 570 calories along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Our LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

BODYPUMP, a total body workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. BODYPUMP is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout. It is also available in some clubs as a virtual workout or at home. Our leading Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!

RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session.

With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, our instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

THE TRIP™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this IMMERSIVE FITNESS™ workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

If you want to get fitter faster, with less discomfort, new research from the Les Mills Lab shows that THE TRIP is the way to go.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results.

The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice that grows in popularity to this day. It provides numerous benefits to those who practice it regularly including building strength, increasing flexibility and managing stress.

Over the years there have been many myths and misconceptions surround Yoga that often scare people off, such as that you need to be double-jointed or that it’s connected in some way to religion. In simple terms, however, it’s a discipline that includes breath control, mediation and the adoption of specific body postures – all of which are great for health and relaxation.

Pilates

Pilates is very similar to Yoga but emphasizes your body’s core. This includes your abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh, buttocks and the like.

It’s because of this focus on the core that Pilates is great at developing key physical characteristics needs to perform effective exercises – strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance and good posture.

As opposed to going out for full on ‘burn’ of the muscles, Pilates emphasizes good form. It teaches you to think about how you use your muscles during a workout so you can use them better in everyday life. For instance, you’ll soon be standing and sitting taller and walking more gracefully.

Zumba

You may have heard of Zumba classes – it’s a fitness craze that came to our shores in the mid 1990’s and its popularity shows no signs of abating.

Zumba classes are a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps, creating a party atmosphere whilst you workout. Some of the music used is Latin American, however Zumba classes at Ingrebourne Links also make use of different genres of music from jazz to African beats, hip-hop to modern pop.

Total Toning

A class specifically aimed at toning those difficult areas of the body. Total Tone. A combination of body sculpting exercises designed to tone and strengthen all areas of the body.

Total body toning helps you trim, tighten and tone any problem areas you might have.

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a workout that involves rotating through various exercises targeting different parts of the body. Focusing on different muscle groups in a short amount of time is an effective exercise that can be incorporated into a healthy lifestyle.

Sculpt

Sculpt is an energetic total body workout and fat-melting class that will help you achieve your best results in sculpting the body you want. Do you want to be leaner, more toned and stronger? Then this challenging strength training class is for you.

Core

This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles. Our class includes a variety of equipment in this great workout. Enjoy a quick class focused on strengthening the core.
